Fulfillment, Shipping, and Returns Policy


FULFILLMENT AND SHIPPING 

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Shipping will directly follow processing. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Delays in shipping and issues with tracking accuracy may exist with USPS, UPS, and other carriers due to problems that are outside of our control. 

DFX Limited and presale products are exempt from the 1 to 3 day timeline, as DFX Discs will honor all manufacturer controlled release dates. With all preorders, DFX will identify the predicted ship date in the product, and will provide follow up communication if that timeline is to change. DFX Limited is charged on the 8th of every month and typically ships the 15th of each month. If it is to be shipped after the 15th, customers will be contacted via email to convey the updated timeline.

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: [list of countries]. 

 

International shipping is processed on the same timelines as USA orders. Shipping timelines can expect to take up to 21 days due to customs and complications with international shipping. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. DFX Discs is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order (continental USA only) within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerexperience@dfxdiscs.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. If you are an international customer, please allow 21 days for delivery.

 

 

RETURNS

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All discs must be unthrown (no field testing), in the bag with DFX identification.

With any returns, a 15% reshelving fee shall be charged. This 15% will be withheld from the refund amount.

Several types of products are exempt from being returned. This includes DFX Limited subscription discs, gift cards, mystery boxes, as well as blind pre-order products.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerexperience@dfxdiscs.com.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for a similar item, send us an email at customerexperience@dfxdiscs.com and send your item to: 13407 W 130th Street, Overland Park, KS, 66213, United States.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
